How should I prepare a print-ready file?
Send files as PDF. Make sure the artwork is in CMYK, 300 dpi, with bleed added (usually 2-3 mm per side), and all fonts converted to curves.
Do you check files before printing?
Yes. Every file gets a free technical check. We verify bleed, image resolution and colour space so the final result matches expectations.
I don't have a design. Can you create one for me?
Of course! We have our own design team. Just send us your logo, texts and general idea, and we'll design business cards, flyers or catalogs from scratch.
What is the turnaround time?
Standard digital printing takes 2 to 4 business days. It depends on the run and finishing (e.g. creasing, lamination or cutting). We always give an exact date with the quote.
Do you print short runs (e.g. a few dozen pieces)?
Yes - thanks to digital printing we handle even very low quantities, quickly and in excellent photographic quality.
