Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to get the finished photos?
The standard delivery time for finished, edited material is 7 to 14 business days. For smaller events or on special request (e.g. a press photo pack the same day) we agree the terms individually.
Do we get all the shots taken (the RAW files)?
We don't hand over unedited RAW files. You receive carefully selected photos with professional colour grading that form a coherent and complete story of the event.
Do we sign a contract before the event?
Yes, for larger photo assignments (e.g. corporate events, banquets, corporate sessions) we always sign a contract that guarantees the date reservation, scope of work and delivery deadline.
Do you also print photos as albums?
Yes, we can design and print elegant photobooks, keepsake albums or large-format prints. If you need a dedicated cover, our graphic design department will help.
In what form will we receive the finished photos?
We usually deliver the finished files via a password-protected online gallery (in the cloud), with easy high-resolution downloads and a format optimised for social media.
