§1. General provisions
- These Terms set out the rules for the provision of electronic services via the Service Provider's website (the "Website"), in accordance with the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.
- The Service Provider and owner of the Website is PIXART, ul. Parkowa 33A, 62-571 Żychlin, VAT ID (NIP) 6653087630 (the "Service Provider"). Contact: [email protected].
- The Website is of an informational and promotional nature. The content and description of services presented on it do not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code, but merely an invitation to conclude a contract (Article 71 of the Civil Code).
§2. Definitions
- User - a person using the Website.
- Service(s) - the electronic services described in §3.
- Contact form - the functionality allowing an enquiry to be sent to the Service Provider.
- 3D Visualizer - a tool available on the Website that allows the User to place their own graphic (logo) on a three-dimensional product model and send the generated previews together with a quote enquiry.
§3. Type and scope of services
- The Service Provider provides the following electronic services free of charge:
- making the Website content available (browsing information about the Service Provider's activity and services),
- the Contact form - allowing an enquiry, quote request or contact to be sent,
- the 3D Visualizer - allowing the User to illustratively place their own graphic on a product model and send the visualization together with a quote enquiry.
- Use of the Services is voluntary and free of charge.
- A separate contract for the actual advertising services (e.g. printing, graphic design, websites) is concluded individually, outside the Website, based on arrangements between the Parties and separately agreed terms.
§4. Technical requirements
To use the Website you need: a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and - for the Contact form - an active e-mail address. Using the 3D Visualizer additionally requires a browser with WebGL support.
§5. Conclusion and termination of contracts
- The contract for the service of making the Website content available is concluded upon entering the Website and terminated upon leaving it.
- The contract for the Contact form service is concluded upon sending an enquiry and terminated upon a reply being given or the correspondence being concluded.
- The User may stop using the Services at any time.
- Sending an enquiry via the Contact form does not oblige either Party to conclude a contract for advertising services.
§6. Contact form and 3D Visualizer
- Sending an enquiry requires providing: full name, e-mail address, subject and message content; providing a company name and phone number is optional.
- A condition of sending is acceptance of the processing of data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and successful verification of the anti-spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile).
- It is prohibited to send unlawful content via the Contact form.
- The 3D Visualizer allows the User to upload a graphic file (logo), illustratively place it on a product model and send the generated previews together with a quote enquiry. The uploaded file and previews are transferred to the Service Provider exclusively by e-mail and are not stored on the Website.
- By uploading a graphic file, the User declares that they hold the rights to the graphic it contains (in particular copyright or an appropriate licence) and that its use does not infringe the rights of third parties.
- Visualizations generated in the 3D Visualizer are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code. The final print design is prepared by the Service Provider and presented for approval each time before production.
§7. Prohibition of providing unlawful content
The User is obliged to use the Website in accordance with the law and good practice. It is prohibited to provide unlawful, offensive or misleading content, content infringing the rights or personal interests of third parties, and to take actions that disrupt the functioning of the Website (e.g. spam, malware).
§8. Intellectual property rights
The content on the Website, including texts, graphics, logos, layout and code, is legally protected and constitutes the property of the Service Provider or entities with which the Service Provider has concluded relevant agreements. Copying, distribution or other use without the Service Provider's consent is prohibited.
§9. Complaints
- Complaints regarding electronic services may be submitted to: [email protected].
- A complaint should include a description of the problem and contact details.
- The Service Provider will handle the complaint within 14 days of receipt and inform the User of the outcome at the address provided.
§10. Liability
The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure the Website works correctly but does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free availability. The Service Provider is not liable for interruptions resulting from technical reasons, force majeure or third parties (e.g. hosting providers). Information on the Website is general and does not constitute a binding offer.
§11. Personal data
The rules for processing personal data and the use of cookies are set out in the Privacy Policy available on the Website.
§12. Final provisions
- In matters not regulated by these Terms, Polish law applies, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on the provision of electronic services.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms for important reasons; changes take effect upon publication on the Website.
- These Terms are available free of charge on the Website in a way that allows them to be obtained, reproduced and stored.
- These Terms are in force from 1 July 2026.
